Yes you can install software over WiFi by sharing the DVD drive of a desktop machine. Alternatively you can purchase an external DVD or CD drive. If a game needs a CD to run then there are ways to get around that but I’m afraid I do not allow the discussion of getting round copy protection in the forum. You’ll probably be able to find a Sim City forum where that question will be answered in one way or another!!

I think this would be a great little “kids” laptop as it is nice and portable yet fully functioning!

I find myself using it more and more for day to day computing over my big ol’ desktop. Im on it now infront of the telly. Good price, great portability, I guess strictly it can’t do everything I want but it’s not far off!
