Here’s a thread for discussing bags, cases, hand-knitted covers and generally things to put your NC10 in.
I’m not really convinced by the slipcase my NC10 came with. Scratch proof, yes, but not exactly the best shock protection.
So I’ve splashed out on this neoprene slipcase:

At £3.70 including postage, it should be a bargain. I’ll update you when it arrives to let you know whether it fits snugly and is adequately shockproof.

Anyone else who comes across something good please add…

Hoave you got it yet mate? I was thinking of getting the same thing Would you recommend it? 🙂
Thanks!November 22, 2008 at 11:05 am #169317Martin SHMemberI was worried about the zips on some of these bags. With the NC10s glossy finish I thought it would get easily scratched.

I hadn’t thought of that before, good point. I am planning on buying the Zeroshock III case, so I will probably end up putting my NC10 in the Samsung slip and then into the Zeroshock to prevent scratches from the zip.November 22, 2008 at 6:04 pm #169365burndtjambMemberThe zippers on the Zeroshock III don’t touch the NC10. I place mine in the center of the case (obviously) and it stays in place for the most part since the polyurethane or whatever shock absorbing material they use molds to the NC10. There’s also a thick border along the edge by the zippers that prevents them from scratching whatever is inside as well.
November 22, 2008 at 8:52 pm #169315lozza69erMemberI have got a black one of these, they use to be £8.99 but now they have bumped the price up to £12.99.

That’s good to hear, thank you. It saves me using the Samsung slip with the Zeroshock when I buy it.November 24, 2008 at 8:34 pm #169385OneTimeMemberAdmin Edit: The PC World Link is [red=pcworldcase]here[/red]!
Just bought that from PC World (Same company, same price) and it fits nice and snug, far better than the excuse for a sleeve it came with. Happy with it 😀
November 24, 2008 at 11:03 pm #169380kitsterMemberI quite like the simplicity of the zeroshock III case and i was wondering if it snugglys fits the nc10 inside without it being loose considering it is titled for 11.1 inch laptops :S You guys reckon if you could upload some pictures of your nc10 inside one of these 😀
*EDIT* i have found the 10.4 inch one 😀 http://shinza.com/product_info.php?cPath=5_10_15&products_id=78

I suspect that as time goes by and the 10″ becomes a popular form factor, there will be all sorts of cases, accessories, remember the NC10 has only been out for a little while.
