As far as the ram is concerned, I would upgrade regardless but it appears that the maximum memory the chipset can allow for video is 224mb and that change only shows up in vista (and presumably windows 7). Maybe bios updates will change this, I don’t really know but I’m hopeful.
In the close to 100 reviews I have read on the nc10 only 1-2 have mentioned a blotchy screen, none have mentioned any problems with the nano silver keyboard and too complain about speakers on a netbook, thats just nitpicking. I will say it has a small touchpad, but if that’s the cost of having the best keyboard of any netbook on the market than I’ll gladly take that trade-off (especially since i’ll just use a mouse if it really is THAT bad).
