Absolutely no idea on that one…!! To make sure it is properly shut down you could remove the battery pack and put it back in again.
Speaking about Linux, Pavel said it was now unlikely the company would make a Linux netbook, but added that Samsung would do one if users demanded it: “[Linux netbooks] made a certain community very happy.”

Sorry for bumping an old thread but I finally got my WD Media Player and it rocks! I got it from Amazon.co.uk for £79.99. It’s played everything i’ve tried on it, including 1080p .mkv. I have tried it through HDMI on my friends HDTV and it looks awesome. Lovely quality picture and sound and it’s so easy to use. Using it with a bog standard 2.5″ caddy no problem.

I’m thinking, seeing as this is the most popular NC10 forum on the internet that if there were any problems with the new bios they would have emerged by now. I’m sure Samsung monitor this forum and i’m sure they would have tested the bios before releasing it so I have no idea why they would have pulled it off the site.
