Participantazentropy – The warranty Information booklet included with our NC10’s, in the UK, states:
National Warranty one year
International Warranty one yearIf you have 3 years warranty then that is very good 🙂

Participantbigdaddy – Welcome to the forum
I have a LiteOn External USB 2.0 Lightscribe DVD- RW 8x Drive which is excellent. Mine came with a separate power supply if needed (I haven’t needed to use it) and has lightscribe for labelling the discs plus Nero is included.
I recently installed Win 7 Home Premium with it and had no problems
Highly recommended 🙂
Hope this helps

ParticipantSagan900 – If you open up the sammy and measure the available space there will be no room for error then and you will know if your repair shop speakers will fit.
The thread you refer to was the IBM speaker mod iirc and a google search should throw up the dimensions. But I remember that the forum member doing the mod had to cut away a section of the motherboard in order to accommodate them.
Hope this helps and let us know how you get on

ParticipantJimW1 – There is an article here that relates to Vista using the Group Policy Editor but it might help with Win 7.

Participant[quote1260140212=joatmon]I would point out that in the US on the official Samsung web site the N510 is in the notebook category, not the netbook.[/quote1260140212]
If the N510 is classified as a notebook then perhaps we should consider removing the N510 netbook forum from SammyNetbook.com
Only kidding and welcome to the forum joatmon 🙂jeepers01
ParticipantRandall – Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear of the problem with the brand new machine. Always a complete disappointment when something like this happens.
I would expect ebuyer to ship a replacement and arrange for the faulty unit to be collected but let us know how you get on.jeepers01
Participantpauljw – Have you tried re-installing/upgrading the driver?

Participantchilypalmer – Welcome to the forum

Participantboxy25 – Welcome to the forum
All the Samsung software is pretty useful so there is not much, if any that should be removed. You may not want the MS Office free trial but it’s good to have as it’s a years free trial I believe.Hope this helps
