Same here, although I don’t have Vista installed. I am getting used to doing it twice its not the first time, although you would think the installation instructions would indicate the need to do so.

Not a lot of drivers, only one is available from Intel.
I just ran it last night. I noticed the HDD password – interesting. Also, in boot order, there is now a listing for AHCI HDD4. At least I’m pretty sure it’s new – didn’t notice it before…

Just tried it, I couldn’t get it to boot off the SD card.Noticed the same thing about powerdrain after updating. 9:05 is quite good 🙂
BTW – had no problem with Fn-keys, all are working.
Yeah, I shoulda mentioned the sd boot – I had tried that myself in hopes… It looks like AHCI is a different kind of disk access, but not sure what it’s for in this…

I was waiting too see your results as u have put quite a bit of effort into reducing your power usage. As your results are similar then its probably not a fluke. They must have tweaked some stuff in the bios….. you were about 6.7 watts before right? same setup? so its about a 2 watt reduction in power
