MemberI’m having issues with other Samsung Windows 7 Software. The Samsung User Manual has a serious lack of information about the functionality of these programs, and they don’t all appear to work correctly. My drivers and BIOS are all up to date as of Jan 10, 2009. All software was last updated Dec 22, 2009 on the Samsung Website.
These programs do not seem to be working:

This program does not work at all like it does in XP. It doesn’t install in the start menu, and doesn’t seem to funtion at all other than installing a “Samsung Optimized” power setting (which you can easily do without installing a program).*Related thread:

MemberThanks for the warm welcome tonytb.
Now, The Samsung N120 has 3 USB ports, 2 of which are chargable. From what I’ve read in other forums, it seems like it is a waste of time to contact Samsung about the issue, as their customer support is not helpful.
Is there anyone who can verify that they also have this problem? This way we can know if it is a Samsung software bug, or just a problem with my computer.
