Gave Samsung a call, they said i had to create a hidden partition area, and this could only be done with a service center visit. darn it.

Does anyone know how to creat this using XP or norton partition?

just partitioned my drive, a 10 gb size. tried to install the samsung recovery software, but the installer says there no samsung recovery area. what gives man !!!!

I have a copy of norton partition 8, if i make a new partition, what size should it be? then is it a matter of re-install the samsung recovery III software on the new partition?

The OS installs, but because i have formatted the HD i cannot instal the samsung recovery III Program, i would like it back to how it was with the 2 separate partitions and the hidden partition.
