Yes, changing the boot order wasn’t hard, but I had real problems with Ubuntu – have taken notes about some of the experiences here on the forum and will try to work my way through – all problems seem in place – no wireless, terrible problems if trying to use the Fn keys, etc. Any wisdom on getting the NF310 to be Ubuntu happy is deeply appreciated – was Mint any easier?
Just curious about trying to test Linux on the NF310 – presumably via USB stick. Does anyone who has tried it have any advice – will the machine boot from the stick automatically or will I have to tinker with the boot order somehow? Thanks in advance for any advice.
I’ve just unpacked it and installed 2GB RAM of faster RAM (Corsair), with no problem at all – it was far easier than the incorrect instructions on the Samsung page led me to believe. Now I want to start working on replacing Win7 starter…
