MemberIs the deal over? For £4 I’d need a good reason not to buy it ;)! I’ll check later.
jez
MemberCool, I wasn’t expecting it to look quite so “invisible” but then maybe I should given it is called the invisi-shield !dodge
jez
Memberis it woth doing a Samsung Notebooks and Samsung UMPCs section. I might start investigating the Q1 – see what it has to offer :).
And then leave “other” to non-sammy stuff. FYI I did buy a few other “sammy” domains when the whole “netbook” trademark issue arose. I still intend to do something with them one day but 1 step at a time lol!

MemberHi maccer, do you mind if I reference this post on the front page and quote a couple of those photos? Thanks very much for sharing the info, I would guess there won’t be many people with both machines!
jez
MemberThat’s not such a bad alternative. I also think the old “notebook” could quite happily accommodate this class. Especially as cost and functionality starts to blur.
jez
MemberThanks for the feedback johnson156.
Don’t suppose you have a few photos by any chance? 😀
jez
MemberGlad it turned out to be an improvement. I still think black is best ;)! I’m not biased honest 😛
jez
MemberGeeeesh!
jez
MemberFair enough Darren 🙂
Thanks for the feed back it’s interesting to hear from people who don’t get on with the NC10 too! Has the NC20 interested you, or are you going to go for a more traditional laptop? Or giving up on the ultra portable PC idea perhaps!!
Cheers.

Hey there, not many people have the special edition NC10 yet we’re waiting for a kind member of the forum to give us the lowdown! In the meantime you may find this little review + pictures helpful
[/quote1236356681]The author of that page has signed up here! Should pop by with some more info soon 😀

MemberHi AdventureRob, sounds like a big Adventure! Be sure to post some Sammy on holiday photos ;)! Extreme Netbooking!
What web work do you (did you) do? Did you work for a large commercial site? Run any yourself?
I am hacking around with PHP/MySQL on my daily train commute now. NC10 handles it perfectly and it’s a real pleasure to play around on.

MemberRead up a little mini review from another blogger:
http://socialect.com/slogs/260leave a nice comment and pursuade him to join here so we can grill him hehe :D. The comment I left has an incorrect link back here – I forgot the “http://” 🙁
edit: its been fixed 🙂jez
MemberHi Snuffy, relevant links are always welcome, I’d rather you posted something than didn’t :). At the very least it makes the forum look busier ;)!
The worst that will happen is: Yep this has been mentioned before and it looks like a good service.
Bargain prices, and a simple delivery system. Worth a look.
I notice Rise of the Triads has a front page spot at the time of writing. I must have that on original floppy disks somewhere :D! Great game – one of the first to have John Woo style twin pistols ;)!

MemberThanks for bringing that up again. There was a discussion on that a while back but they had not created one for the NC10 at the time. They said they would create a custom one if someone was prepared to send their device in!
Obviously they have got round to producing it now!
