You need to buy a separate stereo audio lead with 3.5mm jack plugs at each end. Your TV should have a corresponding audio input and the other end plugs into the headphone socket on the sammy.
Hope this helps

It may be worth giving Samsung Support a ring or the store where you bought it if it is only days old.
This could well be a hardware problem which could be rectified under warranty or a replacement machine.

ParticipantJanS – The latest bios 11CA for the NC10 has Win 7 support and allows the cursor keys to control the brightness. Apart form that I’ve not noticed any real improvements.
If you are not planning a move to Win 7 and your NC10 is running fine then IMHO there is no need to upgrade the bios or the drivers.
I too adopt the stance if it ain’t broke don’t fix it unless you see a driver with tangible benefits that will improve your stable system.
Hope this helps

Participantdrcmcs – Your welcome
You may need to upgrade to the latest bios to get the brightness control to work.

[N140] N140 compared to NC10 – observationsIf you contacted Samsung locally in SA they might possibly give some indication of the N210 release date. Maybe worth try or a local Samsung stockist may know something.
Hope this helps

Participantdrcmcs – It’s strange why you are having problems.
I have 9.1 NR running on an NC10 and all the keys , including brightness and volume, worked without having to tweak anything. Maybe it’s something to do with the N120 but I can’t think why it should be different.jeepers01
