ParticipantAndy4R – Welcome to the forum
You should have luck finding the driver on the Intel download site
Hope this helps

Participanthells_bells – If you can’t find the camera in Device Manager it looks as though there is a hardware problem with the camera.
However it would be worth trying to load the camera driver to see if it will load correctly. More likely it will throw an error and say device not found. If so this probably re-confirms the hardware error.
Hope this helps

Participantphil – Thanks for reporting back the news 🙂

Participanthells_bells – You probably have a problem with the camera device or it’s lost the driver.
Control Panel > System > Device Manager
Then look under Imaging devices and you should see Namuga 1.3M Webcam
Double click it and the status on the General tab should read ” This device is working properly”
Check the Driver tab and you should see the driver version. If the device is reported to be not working you may have luck by re-installing the camera driver.
Hope this helps and let us know how you get on

ParticipantGreg – It may be worth experimenting with the time interval settings as this may bring it back to successful operation.
Have you tried manually forcing the sammy into both sleep and hibernate modes and does this work correctly?
Hope this helps

Participanthells_bells – Welcome to the forum
Have you tried the Play Camera application and made sure the webcam shows as working correctly in Device Manager?
If all that proves to be satisfactory then perhaps a re-install of Skype may resolve it.
You could also check the camera function with Windows Live Messenger.
Hope this helps
