It sounds as though you have a hardware problem with the keyboard.
However you could try removing and re-adding the UK keyboard in Region and Language, it may help.
You could try removing the keyboard as detailed in this thread and re-make the ribbon cable connection in case it has become loose.
Else replacement keyboards can be found reasonably inexpensively on ebay and a number of forum members have had luck in sourcing them there but the UK keyboard arrangement can be harder to find. Another source is laptopbits.co.uk
If the machine is still in warranty then a call to Samsung Support may be the best option
Hope this helps and let us know how you get on

You can use WinSetupFromUSB to Install Windows XP from a USB Flash Drive.
Hope this helps

February 23, 2010 at 8:53 pm in reply to: N10 – Win7 – Serious Partition Problems – Please help, sniff #210957jeepers01
ParticipantAlfihar – yes, the partition type is completely independent and is not associated whether a drive letter is assigned or not as the case may be.
The partition type determines the mode of operation for the partition and how it reports itself to the OS. I’m not aware of any hidden attributes as these are normally associated with the filing system.
So we have established that the 100MB partition is normally a type 7 so it would be best for Strider to re-set the partition type to 07 after removing any assigned drive letter.
This should enable normal operation of the windows partition and it may just be that SRSIII is unable to resolve correctly the partition type and it may be an inherent problem with the Samsung software.
