JamieH,
welcome to the forum.
This gives some guidence for the N150 on how to change the ram – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JrJgvHZnHqY&feature=player_embedded yours will be similar I think.
From Crucial.com (USA) the memory type for a N130 – http://www.crucial.com/store/listparts.aspx?model=N130&Cat=RAM ( from http://www.crucial.com/ and follow the ‘select manufacturer’ links ). Other people sell it, not just crucial, so look around for your area and best price ).
My N220 only has one slot and looking at the N150 video so does that. I think I’m correct in saying yours has one slot as well, in which case get a 1 x 2G SODIMM. but as the DDR may alter (DDR2 or 3 and the speed), check whats required for your specific model.EDIT – later found this if it helps – http://digg.com/newsbar/topnews/Samsung_N130_Netbook_RAM_Memory_Upgrade_Guide

MemberHi guys, I’m new here and not very good with technology so an answer would be very appreciated.
I have a Samsung N130 and want to add some memory, I’ve never did anything like this before so should I buy 2 x 1 gb or 1 x 2gb of RAM or does this even matter?
