Hey!
I am helping a friend set up a n510, she’s annoyed by the failsafe popups coming again and again.
My understanding by reading the forums so far was that its only possible to safely remove it by actally installing it & registering, and then uninstalling.
Now phoenix is no more (see http://www.failsafe.com/), I tried the setup thing just now and it stops at the screen where I have to enter my details (email adress etc), “Could not communicate with server”.

Is it safe to quit the install and uninstall using the link above?
I’d like to not screw this up 😉
This reads like a bundled software nightmare, software that can actally lock up your laptop and then the company is no more …
