LOL yep i had the same problem must ring them and register by phone, thinking about it i have voided the warranty anyway 🙂

the site won’t let me posta link so just go to Samsung driver download and search for NP-315 download page and download wireless lan driver works a treat
windows updates will pick up all drivers except network controller “which happens to use the same driver as the NP-N315 which you can download from the link below 🙂

and can be downloaded from the link below just in case anybody might need it.;)
