Memberyep, deleted D partition ok and seems to be no detrimental effects.but
watch out that you dont allocate the remaining C drive to the unallocated space left after D deleted, you have to allocate the unallocated space to the C dive, not the other way around.doggyplop

Memberthanx for info
that makes sense, but i keep forgetting that the disk is in 2 partitions, crazy i know but true, so its gonna be easier for me to just have C.will removing D render the system unstable ?, i have read somewhere that this can appen, even if software allows it to be done

Memberi had exact same same problem, i just then changed the power profile to always on from max battery.
i know its obvious, but sometimes one forgets which power profile was left active previously.
on max battery the nc10 only runs at 800 mhz and typing online into a browser can lag badly sometimes at this speed (it did for me)

Memberthanx for valid replys.
every where i look the n130 is advertised and reviewed as having the same screen as the nc10, full stop.
as i mentioned i have now returned the n130, so samsungs devious penny pinching has lost at least one sale.
yeah, 5mm on a ten inch screen is significant, it almost takes the n130 into 9inch netbook territory, and boy does it look it when sat next to the nc10.
i would love to get a white nc10, but its very hard to find unused in the uk, what the hell is the problem, did samsung not make many white nc10’s ?, the black ones are bloody everywhere and cheaper than the n130.
