MemberShort answer is yes, FN+f1 (help) and FN+f12(scroll lock) both work. For those that are interested i simply used this site’s link and added the NC20s cabinet files over the NC10s, hit install and all works well. Here’s hoping they update the NC20s so as to save the hassle.

MemberI’m obviously being entirely daft but how do you install in new win7 easy display manager. All I see having extracted the zip file are three data cabinet files. Thanks.

MemberSure I can understand not wanting to spend, I guess sometimes ebay just makes it too easy!
I believe the NC20s Atheros card is AR5BXB63 based? Not too sure about compatibility as I replaced it with the draft N intel 5300.

MemberI’m no expert so please research the following for yourself before taking my word for it…
With that caution over, this is what I am using. I recently discovered the world of router firmware replacement and having placed Tomato on my Linksys I wanted to use BackTrack etc to check it. The long and the short of it is that I bought a Netgear WG111v2 usb dongle as it provided an easy (and cheap) fix and was flexible providing options in both Windows/Linux.
I don’t know if that is of any help, but that is the route I have taken.
