I’ve joined the club of depressed people with liquid, in this case apple juice, spilled on their keyboard. Particularly depressed as it wasn’t me who spilt it… Anyhow, I’ve been through the various threads on the subject, and have managed to break one of the keys in the process of getting the keyboard out.
It turns out that on the NC20, unlike the NC10, the keyboard is held on with metal tabs/lugs around the edge, rather than the foam pads of the NC10. Hence, trying to prise up the keyboard with the keys will only break them, you need to get behind the metal edge of the keyboard using a screwdriver.
Anyway, I’m now trying to source a new black keyboard with a US keyboard layout. The various sites in Germany, Belgium and the UK do not sell this. Surely, there must be places in the US that sell them, but an afternoon spent Googling has drawn a blank. If anyone has any ideas, I’d really appreciate them.

Try samsungparts.com as they list a BA59-02527A black keyboard for the NPNC20KA02US model.
