white screen – how to clean the disk before return to base ?

Hey guys….

Yeah, I got the white screen too…… I’ve just filled in the return for repair form on the Samsung website, however need to clean the disk before I do.

I’ve kept all my banking and personal details (tax returns etc) on the NC10 and would like to do a complete wipe of everything but the base OS…

Please could someone recommend the best free tool to do this

Sorry to hear you have to return your Sammy. One really good free tool is CCleaner which includes ‘Wipe Free Space’ as part of it’s ‘Cleaner’ operation.

Delete all your personal stuff and uninstall all your programs (again using CCleaner – Tools) and then use ‘Wipe Free Space’.
