Hi, I plugged in my mp3 player to charge on my Samsung n210 on the usb that supposedly charges while asleep…. however it shows that it is charging on my mp3 player, but after a few hours I took it out and realized the laptop didn’t actually charge it. I tried the other USB but the mp3 player doesn’t respond to them. Only to the one with the lightning symbol, but it still doesn’t charge, but it does show it as charging on the mp3 player….
Am I doing something wrong?
without wanting to sound cheeky, did you actually turn the chargin option on before shutdown?
The usb charging application needs to be turned on before you shut down.
What MP3 player are you trying to charge?
As some such as iPods will not charge with the computer asleep.
