I’m running a word processing software and it runs very well on my other desktops. On the Samsung NC10 I get a blue screen when I try to run it. The program runs but midway, at some point I get a blue screen and I have to reboot. What could be wrong? Thanks.
could you tell us the message it gave you when it BSOD’ed like memory dump or memory parity error or error writing to memory at adress XXXX where X is a number. what if you run other program ? will it bsod?
and perhaps the name of the software?
