startup is inconsitent

most recently, twofingerscroll is not loading on startup. and i noticed many of the usal icons in the tray are also missing, bluetooth, power manager ertc
the first boot up after i installed the new bios yesterday, they all showed up. but subsequent boot up after that, they are still absent.
how do i go about diagnosing this? is this a hardware issue or software?

i really don’t know, some times my wireless icon does not there even though i am connected so i reboot and then it is there. no idea why that happens.

This happens sometimes, I noticed that TwoFingerScroll can not initialize because no Synaptics driver is present.
These are beta-aps and may not be working 100% – just reboot and it should be fine.

i think it may be because i deleted some programs recently. i couldn’t figure out how to solve it, so i restored to a previous point, and it’s working like a charm now. updated windows and the bios and setup a new restore point…
