Though overstock is currently out of the black model, the order page is still active and you can put yourself on a list for one (I suggest buying it quickly if they notify you) — they’ve run out and gotten more twice in the time I’ve been paying attention. This is the only place I’ve seen black NC10s for a reasonable price Stateside in the past three months.

They have the blue model in stock at the moment for under $300.
The price seems to change constantly (mine was less than is shown currently) and bing cashback works quite well — I ordered mine hurriedly before realizing it could have cost 20% less. Mine came with free shipping and, of course, overstock doesn’t charge tax.
This particular specimen is cosmetically flawless and came with everything necessary, including manuals, a true 6-cell battery and the famed recovery disc. You’ll have to buy a sleeve, however — that doesn’t seem to come with.
Overstock mentions getting refurbs from a few sources (mine is a factory refurb, according to the slip inside the box), so your odds of picking up a minty black NC10 aren’t 100% perfect, but they look quite good.
