save on samsung website

Hi,
Have found the samsung n140 on saveonsamsung.com for £305, but have also found some very worrying comments about the quality of the products supplied and customer service for this store. Just wondered if anyone had used this site before or if they knew of any other reputable site offering the same kind of deal?

I bought my Samsung NC10 and Samsung R60+ laptops from them.

Got very good prices and very good service. Were both delivered the day after I placed the order.

I have not had to return anything so I cant vouch for the aftersales but im very happy with my purchases, and if I did have probs then Samsung support are great anyway.

Also, they trade as Saveonsamsung on the web but are actually based in Birmingham and have a shop you can go to, trading as Xenex Technologies (thepcbusinness) : http://thepcbusiness.com/Contact+Us at least if you did have any issues you could speak to them face to face.

Hi Kirkuk,
Thanks for this, I feel a little happier now. The negative stuff came from people who had receieved goods that had been opened or had cracks in the screen due to incorrect packing. They then found there was an issue getting them to replace it.
ps the same n140 is £8 more at pc worls online, so not a huge saving, but saveonsamsung will upgrade RAM from 1-2 for £34 (I believe pc worls charge £50 to do this! or maybe I have been incorrectly informed – i have looked at the link someone kindly gave me for changing it myself, but I am not confident to do so…pathetic I know!)
