Samsung Connection Manager

Hello.

I have a Samsung NC10 and today I went to the Samsung website to see if there were any new updates to my existing applications. I have Samsung Update Plus installed but apparently it doesn’t work all that well as some of my Samsung software “needed” to be updated. Amongst the software I stumbled upon Samsung Connection Manager and it was not installed on my computer (it still isn’t). Do I even need it? What does it do?

Samsung Connection Manager is used to control the mobile 3G hsdpa modem card, if installed on your model.
