Hi everybody,
a few days back I broke my sammy’s display by stepping on it – poor thing :(… So I was wondering, what to do… buying a new display for an outdated netbook seemed a bit off, so I decided to build myself a standalone pc, by screwing the mainboard to the back of an old LCD Display I had lying around in the cellar.
Unfortunately the NC10 doesen’t use the VGA Port during bootup, so I cant access the Bios (well actually I can, but I have to make changes kind of blindfolded obviously ;)) I suspect, it’s possible to change bootup video post to the VGA port via the hidden ‘Intel’ Bios tab. Here I need some help, could anyone be so nice and have a look, if this is possible? And if so, lead me through the setup keystroke by keystroke?
e.g.
F2 (enter Bios) -> F9 (set factory defaults ?) -> right (select ok ?) -> Enter -> Fn+F11, Fn+F12, CapsLock, CapsLock (unlock hidden BIOS settings) -> right, right (? select the ‘intel’ tab) -> down, down (select IGD submenu) -> Enter …
I would be really grateful, if you could help me! Thanks in advance,
Skazz
