Ram and General question

I have already looked at the Wiki and could not find the answer to this question

I want to upgrade my new NC10 from 1GB Ram to 2GB Ram
It currently Has Windows 7 which came factory installed, purchased the netbook at bestbuy

What my question is
What kind of ram do i need to get
PC2-6400
PC2-5300
800MHZ
667MHZ

Im not sure?? Ive read that if you get the incorrect type it may freezeup on you, and 6400 @ 667MHZ should be the right type.. is this correct??

667 is the correct speed, although 800 will work fine as well.

ap0091 – You need for your NC10 PC2-5300 / 2GB / 667MHz / DDR2 / 200pin SoDIMM Laptop Memory either 667Mhz or 800Mhz. If you choose 800Mhz it will run at 667Mhz so there is no speed advantage to be gained.

I Have Kingston KVR667D2S5/2G ram modules installed in our NC10’s and they work just fine.

Type PC2-6400 is DDR2-800 and PC2-5300 is DDR2-667

So PC2-5300 is recommended and PC2-6400 will also work. I have PC2-6400 in my NC10.
