Plugged in, not charging

Hello All,

I just bought a white N-150 and finally set it all up and I just notice that the battery icon says “”Plugged in, not charging” …….. It’s at 97% and I don’t know what to do now.

Anyone else have this problem ??

Don’t worry too much yet. Let the battery run down to say 50 % and the try recharging it. It can take a few charges for your battery to give accurate readings. If you have tried it a few times and it is still not getting to 100%, press F2 when you boot and go into the BIOS screen. Select the smart battery calibration tool which will discharge and then recharge your battery.

That should sort out your problems. Failing that, take it back to the shop.

i think there is a minimum % before it charges probably like 95 or something, so don’t worry

I have the same issue it seems to stick at 97% but then after some time it goes to 100%
