Dears…
I have bought two N210 netbooks (one for me and anothet for a friend).
On my netbooks all works ok, but on my friend computer same problems start with the default windows 7 installation (and this faulty status is saved in the recovery file on partition D).
The problem consist in a noisy “clicking” on the speakers when windows 7 start. In this situation, the start menu is opened alone and blinking (trembling).
In this condition if sameone try to open a folder, it is opened several times (one over the others) and all seems to be out of control.
When the Cyberspace windows appears (after windows start) and I try to close it, the computer restart by itself in the Cyberspace mode.
Under Cyberspace all seems to work fine.
When I strat the windows again, but under safe mode, it start and runs without any problem.
I think a mistake could be in the first Windows 7 installation, but if I am rigth, the SamsungRecovery folder in the partition D was made with the corrupt installation.
Could help me sameone explaining how to start again in order to acheive the “out of box” recovery status? (It means to start again like when I opened the packaging box for the first time).
Thanks very much for your kindly support, and apologize my horrible english.
Have a nice time…
Mario
Hi mariosab,
To be honest, if the netbook is brand new and has never worked then returning it for a refund or replacement would seem the right way to go.
Thanks very much for your kindly support!
