Hello!
First post and now, soon to be White Sammy owner. I just found the Samsung NC10 available online through Sam’s Club.
I’ve been searching the internet trying to figure out where I wanted to buy from. I thought I would order through Amazon, but just found Sam’s Club was now carrying the Sammy. (They weren’t a week ago when I checked after seeing on here that Costco carries them.)
Anyway. Sam’s Online has the NC10 available in Black, Blue & White for $424, shipping included. They do add tax. (This doesn’t matter to me as my state requires that we claim all online/mail order purchases to pay taxes on anyway, so for me I would either be paying at time of purchase or next year at tax time.) My total came to $445.20.
So there is a new option out there for those looking for Sammys. Now I’m off to figure out what to do with this new exciting computer!!!
Welcome to the forum! Seems kind of fitting buying a Sammy from Sam. I’ve never heard of them before, are they a fairly big national name over in the US?
Seems a fair deal but for just over $20 more Amazon now have the special edition.

Sam’s Club is a warehouse store, similar to Costco or BJ’s (if you’ve heard of them), where you need to buy a membership to shop there. Sam’s is the part of the super giant Wal-Mart.
Ah thanks, yep I know Costco over here in the UK and Wal-Mart are slowly takin over our supermarkets one chain at a time ;)!
I got my Sammy via UPS today!!!. Very quick.
I ordered through Sam’s Club online around 12:15 am Thursday (late Wednesday night) and it arrived today (Friday) around 11:00 am. Basically a one day turn around!!! I was really surprised, I thought it would be sometime next week.
Now to get it set up and check out the beginners forums.
