Hi All,
Yesterday I bought my new Samsung NF110. I was so thrilled about my netbook. I installed Mcafee first thing to my netbook. After that when I checked online streaming videos and skype call, i was so disappointed. They are running slow inface slower than my old Dell laptop. I thought it might be because of mcafee so I uninstalled it and moved to Microsoft security essentials but no help.
In normall work my CPU consumption is less than 25% but as soon as I start online video streaming and Skype call CPU shoots to 100%. Online video and skype call is not smooth at all. Sometime in skype call there is a significant lag in voice. After reading this forum i installed Skype 4.0 but no help. I am using chrome browser and have not uninstalled or used any installed samsung apps.
Could you pleaseeee help me how can i speed up my netbook. otherwise it looks like I wasted my money

There are many threads on this forum about ‘slow’ netbooks, so you should first use the ‘search’ facility’.

Installing McAfee is probably one of your problems!
