Hello everyone. For months I have been wanting to buy the 2gb memory stick to upgrade my netbook.
However, everytime I go to amazon/US I start reading the reviews and get all confused. There is always someone with a nc10 who had crashing or compatibility problems.
If any of you have NC10 Special Edition Model NP-NC10-KLO1US AKA NC10-11PBK and have done a successful memory upgrade would you be kind enough to let me know what memory module you purchased. I read the upgrade guide on this site, but the memory link to amazon leads to one the the problematic modules.
I also talked to a crucial technician who could not find my model and just suggested the one used for another samsung netbook.
Any help provided will be greatly appreciated.

Sammysgrl – We have 2 x NC10’s and I bought a Kingston
KVR667D2S5/2G for each of them many months ago and both machines are running fine, no problems.
The spec is
# Kingston RAM memory – 2 GB – SO DIMM 2oo-pin – DDR2
# Storage Capacity: 2GB
# Technology: DDR II SDRAM
# Form Factor: SO DIMM 200-pin
# Memory Speed: 667 MHz800Mhz ram to the same spec will also work fine and there are several alternative good manufacturers to choose from. Crucial being reputable but some users have had problems identifying the Crucial part number in the past so if you choose to go with Crucial they have a diagnostic utility on their web site which will help with identification process.

My netbook is an N110. The memory is the same however, and the link points to a thread explaining how to fit the memory (that I used) into a NC10.
(This was also the cheapest memory I could find!)
