Other than the cosmetic chassis differences, what exactly is different on these devices?
For the life of me I cannot tell – which is resulting in me having a hard as heck time trying to figure out which one to buy.
Who knew pulling the trigger would be so difficult.
I’ll start you off with… the N220 has a subwoofer?? Not sure how much difference that makes though?
I thought it had a slightly better battery life as well but both are listed as 6 cell and I don’t really get how all that works to determine battery life as specs seem similar so you’d think battery life would be too.
Should of said… I think if trying to decide between a netbook model the physical aspect and appearance are almost the most important as all have very similar specs and its really like trying to decide between a BMW or a Mercedes, you’d be happy with either.
Weird. I look at the N220 specs for Canada and:
The N220 Red does not have the subwoofer listed.
The N220 (green?) has the subwoofer listed.
Weird, huh?
I ended up getting the NB30. I liked the rugged idea of it more than the flashy red.

It gets stranger, my N220 is the red one and I have a Broadcom Crystal HD BCM70015 chip in it, and the subwoofer as well but I’m in the UK.
Meyithi – Welcome to the forum
I wrote a review for both the n220 and n210, it will point out some features of the n220.
The subwoofer does make a positive difference to sound quality
