I have an N210 and it takes 7-10 minutes to resume from sleep mode if it has not been used in a while. I resume straight to Win7 and not Hyperspace. I dont really like the Hyperspace instant on that much and prefer to boot straight into Windows.
I have not upgraded RAM at all yet and still need to get that done. Tho I only have 1 gig I dont think that should make it take so long to resume.
Any ideas on what I could try to do to get it to resume/boot up faster?
If it is on battery then it runs slower if you don’t change the processor speed from the default 50% to 100%. And you could also disable indexing

HI I just got mine today its takes about 10-15 seconds.from what i remember if even that long, i did removed win 7 se and installed my own copy of win7 pro so maybe all the bloatware is your prob, oh and i have 2gb
In fact i just tried mine it was less than 10secs, maybe 5 at most, do you mean from closing the lid till it goes to standby and opening and hitting the power button again?
