I used the samsung update plus software because it said I needed to update my Atheros Driver. It stated that the driver got updated, but it actually didn’t. Is this software not reliable?
Also, wil I see any significant improvement in actually updating this driver? If yes, how do I go about doing it? Thanks in advanceheelsfinl4 – Update Plus is notoriously unreliable and many other forum members have found this too. I don’t use it.
My advice FWIW is if your wifi is working well at the moment – don’t change the driver.
If you want to check your installed driver versions and see if later versions are available use DriverMax.com. Then download the required drivers from the Samsung Download site and install.
But my motto is “if it aint broke don’t fix it” and it serves me well 🙂
