MemberWelcome to the forum, semail00 🙂
Try changing the ‘Brightness Mode Control’ setting from ‘Auto’ to ‘User Control’.
Alfihar has written an excellent thread on How to fix the low brightness which will give you detailed instructions on how to do this.

[/quote1245769059]Thanks to you and TCMuffin to your prompt reply.
I had already tried pressing Fn and Up but nothing doesn’t happen.

Do you have the Easy Display Manager software installed?
It is available on Samsung’s download center website. Even if it is already installed it may be worth re-installing it.Do other hotkeys like [Fn] +
or [Fn] +, for controlling the volume work?It should not be necessary to follow my “How to fix the low brightness” guide if you are running Windows although switching from ‘Auto’ to ‘User Control’ will stop the computer from dimming the display automatically after a set time of inactivity.
