[N110] Where to buy in Portland (next week)?

Hi!

First post around here, so nice to meet everyone 🙂

In large part based on this forum, I decided to buy an N110. I live in Brazil, which means that it’ll take sometime to be available here and will definitely be more expensive, but my father is going to the US (Portland) next week and offered to get me one.

Now, I see that the N110 is available at newegg and BLT, but, since my father will only be there for a short and strictly defined period of time (and considering both sites advise that having a billing address (mine, in Brazil) different than the shipping address (his hotel’s in Portland) might delay shipping), he thought it better to go out and get one “physically”.

So I come to you! Does anyone know where I can find an N110 in Portland, in a physical store?

I don’t believe your father will find a retail outlet in Portland, Oregon that carries the Samsung NC110. If you were to place a telephone order with Newegg or BLT and ask for expedited shipping to the hotel your father is staying at, this might be your best option. The credit card payment would be processed immediately, so they should be satisfied that the payment is authentic, then it’s just a matter of shipping to the hotel. If you decide on this plan be sure that your father alerts the hotel that a package is expected in his name or in your name c/o his name. Good luck.

However, I wrote to Newegg and they don’t ship to hotels, nor take international credit cards (I live in Brazil). BLT never answered the email I sent them.

OTOH, my father’s trip was postponed to the first two weeks of June. Perhaps the N110 has reached the (physical) stores by then?
