Participant[quote1255023100=natzakaria]Can I use the N10 drivers for my N110 thats posted in this forum?

The NC10 drivers are generally the same as the N110 ie wifi drivers etc.
However the bios is different and to be sure you should download the N110 drivers from the Samsung N110 download site.
If you are unsure about a specific NC10 driver you want to use – just askHope this helps

Memberjeepers01 – if you got to Samsung support and N110 firmware update, the D/L for the BIOS is the same file as for the NC10 – Win_NC10_11CA07D0.exe – interesting, huh?

Yes it is interesting, but until fairly recently they were different until they introduced the brief download note that the bios was being sync’d or suchlike for ver’s NC10 07A / N110 04DOInterestingly the file description says BIOS (ver.07D0) but as you correctly point out once the download link is followed the file is 11CA
Actually it is not surprising really since they are the same machines for all intents and purposes 🙂
I was treading carefully in the post above since natzakaria may have an earlier bios which will differ
All theoretical stuff really made more complicated by Samsung not issuing release notes 🙂

MemberThanks for the clarification jeepers
I am in fact using the latest bios which was downloaded from the official Samsung site.
Will try the drivers from this forum and yes release notes will definitely helpOctober 14, 2009 at 5:32 pm #198934colindee
MemberYipeee! Look like I have cracked it.
Removed everything to do with BT Broadband last Saturday and since then my n110 has connected to the internet first time with no problems.
Found this site of help http://www.jarviser.co.uk/jarviser/workshop.html

That’s good news. I’d assumed that you were using XP wireless zero to connect, so it wasn’t apparent that BT connection software was being used and the subsequent cause of the problem.Still , all’s well that ends well 🙂
Thanks for reporting back to us
