June 29, 2009 at 9:28 am #162821Bra1nSOFT MemberHello there, I have bought N110 not so long ago and I really enjoy this netbook. But reading the latest news and speculations, there is a rumor that the new N510 will arrive and pretty soon. Since the price isn’t so much bigger from the one I payed for my N110, I am considering that as a variant to buy (ofcourse if it will appear). I have still a posibility to bring back my N110 (I bought it in PC World), cause there is left like 3 weeks for returning (as they have 28 days return policy). I could say something that the screen flickers or something. So what is your opinion, should I stay with N110 or should I return it and wait for N510? Thanks in advance! 🙂 June 29, 2009 at 1:42 pm #195116jez MemberYikes it’s hard to offer advice as we’ll all have a different opinion! But I would stick with your current machine (assuming it does what you need it to do!). I think the best way to make these decisions is to come up with a checklist and buy the device that meets those needs. These machines have historically taken a long time to become widely available so you might be infor a longer than hoped for wait. But maybe this isn’t a problem for you…? June 29, 2009 at 2:05 pm #195117Bra1nSOFT MemberYeah, I know that there will be so much different opinions 🙂 I am still thinking what to do, cause I like the N110, it’s screen, battery life and other things, but since I like to play games from time to time, my sammy not always is capable to run them. I have made a checklist, the only things which stand as question marks are: For N110 battery life, size (I think I prefer 10″ then 11.6″, but I need to see in real to get stronger opinion). For N510 comes graphics (I think I will be able to play WoW, CS:s and Homm V, I know that there won’t be good fps, but still it should be really playable, not 10-15 fps). The only bad thing for N510 is battery life and maybe the size, but I just don’t know which pros are more of importance than cons. Thats why I started this thread, to hear different opinions and to come to my own hopefully 🙂
