I know they get a bit of stick (and I’ve had cause for complaint in the past) but I received very good service from PC World today. Last night, I used my 3 week old N110 with headphones for the first time and discovered that the right headphone channel was dead. This morning, I went to the PC World I bought it from and because it was within 28 days of purchase they swapped it for a new N110 without any quibbling.
(.. and I have tried the new one and both speaker and headphone channels work!)
Similar experience with Curry’s today ( also part of the PC-World DSG Group ) one of the rubber feet just fell off my N110, having contacted Samsung and being told they could not supply the feet I took it back to Curry’s. Day 27 of the 28 money back guarantee and a new replacement unit due to the missing rubber foot.
