N 145 JP03 RAM upgrade

I just bought a sammy N145-JPO3.
But i would like to upgrade the ram to 2gigs.
I only can find that it is DDR3 memory.
Do you guys know which type?
Will this void garanty?

Try the Crucial System Scanner

Upgrading the ram will not invalidate the warranty afaik but some have said that if you need to send the machine back to Samsung swap the ram back first. This will also ensure you don’t loose the ram if the machine is replaced.

That’s unusual as it seems to work for other sammys.
Tap the part number of your ram into google.
