MS Word FULL program with Win 7 Starter?

Hi, I am a student with a requirement for footnote/bibliography features contained in the full version of Microsoft Word, that are not included in the handicapped versions of MS Office Starter.

Is it possible to load the full version of MS Word for Win 7 Starter, or is it necessary to install full version of Win 7 onto a Sammy netbook, and then the MS Word full program…

It is hard to find this info online. Anyone have some knowledge about this? I really want a Sammy for all the other features, but this is an issue for me. Thanks!

You can load the full version of Office onto a Windows 7 Starter netbook with no worries at all:)

however I suggest you for scientific pubblication to use latex + jabref or at least word + endnote (or zotero even if zotero is quite invasive and not so easy to use/customizable)

I read that perhaps office 2003 is better (cause is lighter) that 2007/2010
