hey everyone i had something stuck under the u key which caused it to not work sometimes, i popped it off to clean it but i cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it back on both clear plastic pieces came off when the key popped out.
its driving me mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
please help
There are two parts to the clear plastic mechanism that holds the key. Imagine two squares with hollow centres; these two pieces need to hook inside one another as to act as a hinge. Once you clip them together you can then clip them to the keyboard by giving them a firm press then click the key on top using a even press – you should hear a click once the key is in.
tbh, once you have the key out I found it all quite self explanatory!
