I need a fast and easy way to switch back and forth between 1024 x 768 and 1024x 600 screen resolutions on my NC10. (Because some programs won’t run properly with 1024×600)
Does anyone know how to create a Desktop Icon that will automatically change this (or a 3rd party app)? (Instead of manually going into Display settings or Intel Graphics Media every time)
I have tried to create a Display “Scheme” setting in the Intel Graphics Media utility, but it doesn’t seem to change the resolution to the “nonstandard” 1024×768.

I have spent far too long trying to make the Intel utility save two different schemes for the nc10 screen. It works fine for switching between the nc10 and my separate monitor but it will only save one setting for each screen. I need to use 1024×768 to run Canon DPP and like you, I would like to be able to switch quickly.
There is probably some freeware utility which will do exactly as we want and when I have time I will look for it. I will post again if and when I find the solution.
