My wife has bought a Samsung N130. I have a Dell desktop with external modem and an ISP. I know about PC’s but zilch about netbooks.
The netbook has Easy Network Manager. I believe this is for the built-in Wi-fi access she can use at cafes, bookshops, etc. Is that the case?
My wife’s primary need is to connect to the net while working at home or in the car. I believe she can do that at home via a (new) router for my PC. Is that the case? I would prefer not to go that way.
We also have new 3G mobiles with Vodaphone. Again, I know zilch about moderm mobiles. I believe she can access the net using the Vodaphone network via a Vodaphone USB ‘dongle’ she plugs into the netbook. Is that the case?
All advice/assistance on these points, and the others you guys know about, most gratefully received.

Easy Network Manager is primarily used for hard wired network connections. For wifi enable with [Fn] + [F9] and click on the network icon in the system tray, choose the wireless network required and connect. Generally it is as simple as that.
USB 3G dongles work well on the sammys and it is just plug and pray 🙂 They install their own connection software from the dongle and after a couple of clicks your good to go.
Hope this helps
