Help ! Win7 – Fn keys

Hi there !

Hope someone can help me with this.
I’ve installed Windows 7 from scratch on my new Samsung N210 and can’t make the Fn keys work.
I couldn’t find the magic keyboard software for Win7, only for Xp (I assume that is the software for making the Fn keys work) wich installed and doesn’t do a thing.

The only keys working are the one for the speed, mute and disable trackpad

Any ideas ?

There is no magic keyboard software for Windows 7, instead the Easy Display Manager should allow those keys to work. Though it’s odd how some of them work, in particular mute. It may be worth trying to install the Easy Display Manager again.

Have you made sure that you downloaded the Windows 7 versions of the drivers/software?

magic keyboard for Xp goes well on 7. Don’t afraid, all Fn keys are now working as usual.

All the updates,software and drivers I installed are for Win7, except the magic keyboard, wich installs without problem but doesn’t work..

The Easy Display Manager has been crashing…but it never occurred to me that it had anything to do with the keyboard…..display = keyboard ??? huh ?

I’ll reinstall both
