The program is the Microsoft’s WinXP Virtual CD Control Panel:

It mounts the ISO file to a drive letter and you can use it as if it’s in a CDROM drive.
Non-free program is ‘deamon tools’.
Add your free programs if you know any.
It worked on my NC20 from the start – I installed MSOffice from ISO image file.
You have to put the sys driver in the windows drivers directory, then run the Virtual CD, install the driver (I actually appointed the program to my unzipped directory to look for the driver, not the windows dir) and then you mount the ISO file and ready to go.You may be interested in the thread Request: Lightwight Virtual CD Solution

[/quote1240009137]I’ve used Magic Disc for a long time now, it’s a simple lightweight app that sits in the System Tray and allows for booting of a few different image types as a virtual drive – oh and it’s free! 🙂
