Hi all, thanks in advance for any help.
I have a smansung n220, came with the windoze 7 pre installed. I believe the recovery sits on a ssd somewhere as i see hdd in the bios.
1st problem. linux, i whacked her in and it took away windows from the boot loader (grub). I decided I wanted to go back to windows, after trying to do a f4 recovery from boot it still loads the grub menu. I think i have installed it over the windows installation???
2nd prob i have tried that many usb recoverys with no avail.anyone please help, i dont care if i loose the lot, just want to restore or format and get my recovery working again so i can either a fix the mbr or re-install it all from scratch.

Hi Bryan, this is not something I’ve ever had to do so I can’t give you specifics, however it has been covered in the forum so unless someone else can point you towards the exact instructions it will be worth having a look through the forum.
