3g usb dongle, bluetooth and ethernet problem

hello everyone. i hope someone can help me. I just installed windows 7 on my nc10 and these are the problems i encountered:

1. my 3g usb dongle says no service. the program was installed successfully but no service can be seen.
2. ethernet controller not recognized. tried downloading the Marvell drivers but when i tried updating the drivers, it said it can’t recognize the device.
3. bluetooth activity is also intermittent.

Hi Hotcob10, have you tested your dongle in a different PC, ie do you know it works? I often get no service on mine, but that’s because there is no service! I’m afriad you are probably best off speaking to your service provide for support.

Not sure about the other points, maybe someone has some tips 🙂

I agree with Jez, check that the dongle receives a service in another PC/laptop. If it doesn’t then the most likely explanation is that there is no service available in your area.

Is the LAN turned on in the BIOS?

Not sure, but I would also check the BIOS settings as the first point of call. Next, I would perform a ‘cold boot’ by pressing and holding the on/off button until the Sammy powers down and then turn it on again.
